Spices are cleaned, dried and graded by partner processors in South Sulawesi and Central Java with capacity of 300 to 500 tonnes a month for the main items. Arabica comes from Gayo, Kerinci and Bajawa, Robusta from Temanggung, and cocoa powder from a manufacturer certified to ISO 9001, ISO 22000, SNI and Halal.
Spices in 25 or 50 kg jute or polypropylene bags, coffee in 60 kg jute bags with an inner liner on request, and cocoa powder in multi-wall paper bags. Shipments are quoted on FOB, CFR or CIF terms from the nearest main port.
